Architectural Sales & Design Representative_TraVek Remodeling

TraVek has added a Special Projects division and is looking for an Architectural Sales & Design Representative exerienced in the Phoenix market. This Architectural Sales & Design Representative will work directly with clients in designing large remodel projects, guest homes and casitas. What does winning look like in the Architectural Sales & Design Representative role? Meet or exceed sales goals. Meet with customers to build relationships and sell jobs. Generate at minimum of 1.5 million dollars in revenue in 12-month period. Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner. Maintain customer database. Consistent, effective involvement in trade shows, community and networking organizations participate in networking activities and events. Estimate project costs, under direction of ownership. Field measure and document existing buildings; and potential new dwellings Assist clients with permitting. Assist clients with plan review. Coordinates building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent; Other duties as assigned. 3D model creation. Residential building code research. Maintain, organize, and archive projects. Conducts and manages construction observation reporting and developing punch lists. Periodic travel to clients and sites should be anticipated. Presents the design to stakeholders during early project phases. Develops design in accordance with cost parameters. Responsible for projects of medium complexity/size. Setting and meeting tight deliverable schedules to meet client’s deadlines. Reviews shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs, prepares site observation reports, and other contract administration tasks. Do you have what it takes to win in this role? Previous experience in mid-to-large scale construction project sales. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, 2020, Chief Architect and other graphics/design applications a plus. Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment. Licensed architect preferred. Strong English communication skills, outgoing personality, and personable. Performs research pertaining to project conformance related to codes, zoning, building standards, and industry practices. Creates graphics for presentation and marketing purposes. Fluent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Highly proficient with CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or interior Design from an accredited university. Or relevant work experience. Excellent networking and relationship building skills. Strong sales acumen. Presentable and trustworthy. Proficient computer skills. Strong sales performance track record. Great organization and planning ability.
