We're offering a newly rennovated room. One of 3 we rent out in the lower level of our home. Our living space upstairs is totally separate... Separate entrance, separate outdoor spaces. You would share kitchen, bath, laundry, livingroom, patio & yard space with 2 other renters. The livingroom is comfortably furnished, spacious and has a mountain view. Bathroom is clean and has 80 gallon hot water tank. Kitchen is fully stocked with all basic necessities. Laundry is free and located in kitchen. Patio is large and furnished. All of the common areas above are cleaned & maintained by owner. We welcome short stay or long term. There is no lease, keeping you free to move on to your next best space whenever you find it. We strive to create a homey environment for everyone to relax and enjoy here. Currently we are unable to accommodate additional pets. There are indoor/outdoor cats in residence.
