It has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, as well as 100 feet of sandy beach lake shore with a gradual slope out that allows boats to dock in perfectly, while allowing plenty of space for the kids to play in the water. The rental comes with usage of the 2017 Sylvan Mirage 22' pontoon boat w/ 50 HP motor. We've kept this gem in the family for the past 30 years, but with the kids getting older, thought it was time to share it with others as well. The place comes fully furnished and with boats & toys included.
