Awesome House Looking for Roomates

I am a guy looking for up to three roommate to share a house in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. It is located three blocks to the Columbia Heights Metro stop and six blocks to U Street. The first floor has large living and dining rooms that are newly painted. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. Off of the kitchen, there is a backyard that can be used for grilling and lounging around the fire pit. There is also a full first floor bathroom just off of the kitchen. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms, all of which are available. They each have plenty of natural light, are newly painted and have good sized closets. There’s plenty of room to fit a queen bed, dresser, and TV stand/ desk in the room. A second full bathroom is also on the second floor. I will live in the 4th bedroom in the basement which has its own separate bath and living area. Rooms are $1,200, $1,100, $800 per month to rent (largest room to smallest) – utilities will be split evenly. The rooms are available for move-in August 1 (earlier move-n is possible). If you are unfamiliar with the area, this location is walkable to some of the best spots in the city! Minutes away from the many Columbia Heights, U St. and Petworth shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants such as Whole Foods, Midlands/ Hook Hall, and Wonderland Ballroom. Really there are a ton of options to shop, eat, and fun within walking distance. There is parking available on the street with a zone 1 permit. Very easy to get with a DC license. A little about myself and the (potential) housemates – I’m a young professional in my early 30s (working a 9-5). Ideally looking for roommates who want a clean, social, and all around comfortable atmosphere to call home. Not a HUGE party house, especially during the week. But, will have people over every now and then to hang out, watch some football/ basketball/ hockey, or grill and sit around the fire pit in the backyard. I’m a pretty chill guy, like to have fun and a laugh when appropriate, and am pretty into sports.
