Basement bedroom and Private Bathroom

I am considering renting my basement bedroom which would include a private bathroom and livingroom area which has a couch and smart TV. All utilities and internet would be included. There is a patio door downstairs. I have 2 dogs but no pets please. I'm looking for a female with no kids or pets.
