We are looking for a female roommate to move into a private large bedroom and share space in a home with us. We're students and young professional women in our 20s and 30s. The room is pictured. Rent is $650 plus $150 for utilities (includes gas, electric, water, lawn care, washer/dryer, and Verizon FiOS Gigabit internet). The House: The house has wood flooring throughout. The kitchen opens into the dining and living spaces. On site is a laundry and dryer unit. There is a large deck in the front of the house and a concrete patio in the back perfect for relaxing or grilling. There is plenty of street parking. The Room: The bedroom has attached closet, two large windows, and comes unfurnished. It has been newly renovated with hardwood floors, paint, and trim. Includes use of a full new bathroom shared with one other woman. There's a second shared bathroom available for use. The Location: The location is close to major shopping, retail, and public transportation, and within a mile walk to the Greenbelt Metro Station/MARC (Green/Yellow Line) and next to all the restaurants and retail along Route 1 and Rhode Island Avenue. MOM's Organic, University of Maryland Shuttle Stop, IKEA, and US Department of Agriculture are all within half a mile from the house. The room is for one occupant only. No smoking, no weed, and no overnight guests.
