$750/mo, (month to month lease), all bills paid. It’s way bigger than the pics show- so much space! The room is for ONE person! No couples, no kids. MUST HAVE A STABLE INCOME. NO cats, no big dogs. (I may allow a small dog if it's quiet) Bedroom is 16’x11’ closet 7’x5’ shared bathroom 8’x5’ (The bed in pic is a queen size bed) The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, comfy clean mattress, dresser, and desk. The walk-in closet is big and has top and bottom shelves for storage. They are friendly, polite, respectful, and clean. They mostly stay in their rooms gaming or watching TV. There is plenty of room for the four of us and it never feels crowded. **Bathrooms** The upstairs bathroom is shared with just one other roommate. The downstairs bathroom is shared but no one uses the shower so it's all yours. LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to half of the rent. We all share cleaning duties. The house is very nice. It’s 3475sq ft and there is a lot of room to move around. The bedrooms and closets are big as well. I’ve worked with contractors to do A LOT of remodeling and upgrading. The whole house has hardwood floor except for the bathrooms. It’s a very clean house. The house is located at the entrance of the first neighborhood in Krum. No lights or stops signs between the service road of I-35 and the neighborhood entrance. Get home fast, get to the highway fast! The neighborhood is very quiet- this street is especially quiet because it’s not a “through street.” The only vehicles that use this street are the ones that live on it. The house has a three car driveway and there is plenty of parking available on the street. The property is 1/3 acre at the edge corner of a cul-de-sac and neighbors aren't super close. There is a lot of privacy here and lots of room inside the house and out. About me: I’m a 47 year old nerd from San Antonio,TX. I graduated from UTSA in 2003 and moved up here for my job.
