Caregiver for the Elderly

Escondido Autumn Care is a 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in Escondido, CA. We are a new facility and are eager to provide a rich, caring home for the elderly residents in our care. We are looking for members to join our team who have the joy of service. We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide quality care to our clients. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and helping them with basic needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to build relationships with clients and their families. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with medication management. Provide transportation to appointments and errands. Assist with light housekeeping duties. Provide meal preparation and nutrition guidance. Monitor the safety of the client's environment.
