Charming East Village 1-Bedroom Apartment

Located in Manhattan's East Village, our charming one-bedroom apartment is perfect for singles or couples. A spacious floor-through, historic railroad-style apartment, we have north and south facing windows on either end of the apartment for lots of natural light. Centrally located—where the Bowery meets Cooper Square on the border of NoHo—we have tons of world-class restaurants, bars, grocery stores, major subway stations, etc. in all directions! ++++ The Space: Our apartment has tall south-facing windows in the kitchen and north-facing windows in the bedroom for lots of natural light. We're located on a peaceful tree-lined street with minimal traffic so it's relatively quiet yet steps away from all the excitement of the city. Our bedroom has a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress top, plus a super-comfortable Parachute comforter, pillows, and bedding for a relaxing night's sleep. There's lots of plants for greenery with a small work desk and plenty of books for reading. The middle of the apartment is a dressing room with a spacious closet, record player, and ottoman seat. Our fully-equipped kitchen has cooking pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, oils and spices, French press coffee maker, drinking water filter, and Nutribullet for smoothies. Full size refrigerator and freezer, large kitchen table and chairs, so feel free to cook meals as if it was your own home!
