I'm looking for someone that will respect and appreciate my living space as if it was their own, rent is $1125.00 monthly and a $1125.00 for a deposit, which will be refunded upon your move out, of course, minus any damages that might have occurred while living here. I'll be asking for you to comply with a criminal background check which you're responsible for in the amount of $39.99, and will be reimbursed upon a clean background check, through Trans Union.
