3700 month 1300 week Availableup to 3 months Silverlake bohemian bungalow!!! Adorable bungalow style 2 story apartment with a lovely little terrace off the front. Dark hardwood floors, eclectic stylish decor. Kind of a modern boho feel. Two story Spanish style retreat with veranda. Located in the center of silverlake while still feeling sheltered from the city, this space is meant to inspire. A place for dreamers & artists to reflect and create while visiting LA. Sit on the veranda, listen to the perfect record, and in the morning enjoy French press coffee! Location location location!! Small kitchen but all the amenities (stove fridge, toaster oven, Pots, pans, dishes.) There is no microwave. Modest sized bedroom is located on second story and has a comfy memory foam bed. Lots of morning light. Ample hanging space and baskets for your clothes. Bathrobe provided. Bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. The bathroom is old, but the water pressure in the shower is great. The sink is tiny and strange adding to the character of my place. Garage parking for one car. Your pets are totally welcome to come chill as long as they don't chew up my things or pee on my rugs! Internet and amazing record collection, that you can feel free to use respectfully. Put back in sleeves, do not scratch etc. No washer and dryer but there is a matt a few blocks away that will wash and fold. There is no TV My home is from the 20s and is very rustic and charming. If you are looking for a laid-back, stylish and authentic silverlake stay...this is the place for you! If you are fussy and particular then it may not be the right fit. It's an old building with lots of quirks. Old windows old plumbing. I love my little treehouse and would love to share it with you while I'm off traveling! Can rent weekly or monthly - Super close to a ton of silverlake clubs, restaurants, and bars. Walk to Sunset Junction. Close to Griffith and Elysian Park for hiking and a quick 10 min drive to downtown or hollywood. Silverlake is really one of the most walkable neighborhoody areas in LA. It feels like a community and there are loads of interesting things to see close by. Farmers markets, yoga, trade joes etc. Checkin is really easy and once in, I do not interact much with the guests unless a question problem arises. I'm usually traveling when I book my place out so not always near internet.
