Cityscape DT Phx 1Br. Apt. Available For Sublease ($4000 discount)

I've got a 1br/1 bath apartment at Cityscape ("Anderson" floorplan with an unobstructed north facing view down Central Ave.) on the 24th floor leased through March 2024 and will need to move out early - flexible on exact timing, but will be available mid-September (we can coordinate move-out/move-in timing together). Pets are allowed. Looking to sublet the apartment through end of lease in March 2024 (technically, you'll be added to the lease but I will not occupy the unit) - the unit will *likely not come furnished (may be open to the idea of leaving it partially/mostly furnished, depending on your situation and what I'd be paid to do so). My current rent is $1930 plus fees (parking, internet, utilities, etc) and is about $500 - $600 less than current rents for my same unit on the same floor (so you'd be saving appx. $4000+ over the term of the lease). You will not need to pay any additional security deposit, but must pay the application and key fob fees (I think these are in the $250 - $350 range payable to Cityscape). All monthly parking, internet, utility and taxes/fees will be paid by you (you'll pay exactly what I'm currently paying). **You must be able to get approved through Greystar (criminal background, credit and income check), in addition to what I'll need to verify before agreeing to adding you (no sketchy situations, inconsistent employment, etc).
