clean and bright room/bath in Brentwood

Private room and bath available Sept. 1 in Brentwood! Large closet space. En-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The room will be unfurnished, and some furniture will be staying in the common rooms but not everything. About the apartment and building: It’s a 2 bed/2 bath in a gated building with an elevator. We have central heat, and a window A/C unit in the living room. Common rooms have linoleum, bedrooms are carpeted. We have a dishwasher, balcony, and there is shared laundry on the first floor. About me, the roomie, “T”: I am a 29 year old professional woman working in education. My hobbies include painting and going to the beach and nature gardens. I work on-site 7:30am-3:30pm during the week and value a clean, calm home environment. On the weekends I may have a late night, but am not hosting parties at the apartment. About you: I am looking for a professional woman (ages 24-36) with a stable income. Preference to someone who also works outside the home! I value communication and teamwork in a roommate and am asking for one personal reference (happy to share a reference with you as well). No pets, please.
