Construction Manager for Townhouse Renovation

We are a Design+Build Firm seeking a Construction Manager to work with our team on a Townhouse Renovation Project in Back Bay Boston, MA. The Project will consist of the coordination of all daily and longterm site activity. The role will require - Organization of all Site Documentation (log sheets, drawings, safety logs, change orders, permits, etc) - Daily Construction Reports and Dcoumentation - Direct Coordination with Project Manager and Ownership - Monitoring and ownership of Project Schedule - Monitoring and ownership of Project Budget - Site Safety Monitoring and reporting - Tracking Daily Sign-In log for all persons on site - Ability to manage all subcontractors on site and maintain a safe and effecient job site - Trade Communication - constant communication with subcontractors Scope of Work: - Demolition - Framing & Drywall - Electrical Rewiring (lighting, kitchen equipment, etc) - Plumbing for Kitchen Fixtures & (1) Powder Room - Rough Carpentry - Finish Carpentry - Flooring - Millwork (install only) - Tile and Finish Work Project will begin in July and last approximatly 5 months.
