cool shared house seeks cool roommates

We're a shared house in Fremont! Two of our awesome roommates are leaving and we would love to find more awesome roommates to replace them. We're a mix of service industry workers, movie theater managers, laundry attendants, and music venue staff. We live in an old craftsman home that was built in 1916. It's not in the best condition but we like to think it has character. Cracks in the ceilings and creaky floors, some water damage. Decoration is street signs, globes, and art by former roommates/friends. Think clutter core. We are mostly a house of night owls and early risers. We are super laid back and peace loving. Except for white nationalists, bigots and anti-vaxxers. We play loud music and throw the occasional party. We try to keep it quiet from 2am - 10am. We like to have friends over to make art, play games and meet new people. We enjoy video games, card games, and board games. We have a backyard with space for a garden and fire pit. We have 1 indoor cat and we're fostering 1 more indoor cat. We would not be opposed to more animals as long as they get along with other cats. We are looking for someone who is down to actively take part in a shared living situation. We share household duties. We reuse, recycle, and compost. We are anti-racist, anti-fascist, anti-sexist, LGBT friendly, 420 friendly, and pro-feminist. We are politically far left leaning. Our ages range from 23-32. We are vaccinated, and expect you to be as well. Near bus lines 5 and 44. Not far from E line. Walking distance to grocery stores, food, bars, etc. Perfect location if you love Fremont! Rent would be $700 for the upstairs room with front and side facing windows. Room is available on the 9th. Rent would be $550 for the downstairs(main floor) bedroom. Room is available at the end of the month. Possibly sooner. Utilities vary month to month but average 100-150.
