Cozy, FURNISHED room for rent in West Dearborn (Females only)

I have a cozy room available in West Dearborn, only a few blocks away from downtown on Michigan avenue. The room is on the first floor, it's furnished, and I'm only asking $600/month. All inclusive! The house is located in a really nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes. In the summertime, downtown West Dearborn is walking distance! There are 2 people living in the house currently, both female, so this rental is for a female ONLY. I travel frequently for work, so I'm gone sometimes 2 - 3 weeks a month. So most of the time, there would only be 1 other person in the house. This house is really laid back and there's no weirdness. When the 2 of us aren't working, we usually just watch TV, cook, or relax in our rooms. Nothing out of the ordinary. This house is ideal for someone who needs a safe, normal place to live. In order to move in, first and last month plus deposit is required. To be clear, that is $600 x 2 = $1200 plus a $300 deposit, for a total of $1500 to move in. That's non-negotiable.
