Custom NZXT H210 PC (Very well specced)

I built this last year, but since I'll be going to college shortly, I won't be needing this computer anymore. It has been taken care of very well and is using all very modern components. It performs incredibly well and is also quiet. Suitable not only for 1080p gaming but also for many types of work tasks, the CPU is great at handling demanding web browsing as well as running massive spreadsheets. The PC is Mini-ITX, but the case is designed to accommodate large tower coolers, a 240mm AIO, and a full-size ATX power supply, as well as very long two slot graphics cards. Some people will build computers and buy one really expensive part then cheap out on the rest, but this one is built with a well-rounded, exceptional parts list, so it's ridiculously fast for what it costs. Price is firm, and I greatly prefer local pickup.
