Day Cruiser — Vinatge Tahoe Boat

Updated: Need it gone. Open to offers, as is. We have a vintage Day Cruiser from 1979 that's a total blast from the past. Great boat. It's been very well maintained, and I have all records to show the care that's gone into this boat. It's a family boat that's brought a lot of joy to everyone aboard and if you care to keep loving it, the Day Dreamer has a lot more to give. Strong MerCruiser 228 (Inboard/Outboard) is in great shape. Plenty of off-season work is documented with receipts. It’s essentially a small block Chevy 305 Cu. In. — (228 HP), and it’s been dialed in with a new carb and bunch of other recent work, for which I’ve gathered papers to show for. Has about 700 hrs clocked, which (for this particular engine) is pretty good. They’ve have been known to go well into the 2000s if cared for and maintained properly. She’s an enjoyable boat, and a real head-turner on the lake. Plenty of cheers from the wake-lovin’ crowd. Stereo was also recently updated, with a nice 10-in woofer for depth. Fully registered through 2023 (last body of water was Tahoe). It's tagged, and ready to drop back into the lake when you are. Just needs a little TLC from the new owner. Better out and about than sitting in storage this spring. So get out and have some fun... I think having this go to a couple of Tahoe lovers is perhaps an ideal scenario, but otherwise, this thing will happily rip on the river in Sacramento or elsewhere.
