Lovely Set! The chairs are sturdy and in great condition. There's some places where the stain is slightly chipped. It's priced accordingly. Approximately 40" X 40" X 36" tall The chairs seats are approximately 24" tall. They're about 38" tall at the tallest points. GREAT SET!!
