Life Works (www.lifeworks-sls.com) is hiring for a new team member for an incredible woman that lives in the Scripps Ranch/Mira Mesa community in her own apartment. Life Works supports people with developmental disabilities to live Inclusive Lives in their Own Homes in Communities of their Choosing. This woman has lived in her own apartment for well over a decade. She works at two different jobs and has a busy schedule during her days. She needs someone to provide job coaching for her so she can more easily stay on track and problem solve. The hours are: Monday through Friday 8:30a - 4:00p. You must have a reliable insured vehicle that you can use for work. We're looking for collaborative team members, ready to step into an organization committed to inclusion for all people.
