You will have an opportunity to: Provide basic needs and care for children. Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times Establish and facilitate rules of behavior for children in their classrooms Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals Track children's’ progress and report to parents Maintain a clean and tidy classroom Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills Facilitate various activities for children including songs, games and storytelling Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures Our Lead teacher position requires 12 Early Childhood Education units (or 6 units and enrolled for current semester). We are also inviting teachers that are just starting the Early Childhood Education carrier and don't have the units yet. We will provide training, mentorship and will guide your through process of obtaining the required units and on-site training hours. The tuition reimbursement program is also available.
