Three other girl roommates(23 to 27). It will become available on September 8th, for long term lease. It is at an elegant single family home. Room has access from main house entrance, as well. Located at Ballston, Arlington; it is about 15 minutes walk to Ballston Quarter Mall & Metro, MaryMount University, Virginia Tech Extension, Restaurants and Night life. It is few minutes drive to Georgetown, Washington DC, Tyson's corner, Mclean, Falls Church. Room has access to all common areas including beautiful Kitchen, Living and Dinning room. House has washer & dryer, and has car parking. Rent is $1250, includes if all utilities(electricity, gas, heat, water, trash, & wireless internet). One month's rent is required as security deposit.
