Ford Econoline E-350 van with custom built camper conversion by professional carpenter. 1998 model with only 104k miles. Heavy duty 1 ton van with Brand new all terrain tires on 8 lug 16inch custom alloy wheels, automatic transmission with overdrive and tow package - 5000 lb tow hitch. Well maintained and in excellent running condition. Engine and transmission recently serviced. New brakes and control arm bushings etc. Cold A/C and hot heater. In camping mode, the bench style seat makes a large single bed or extends into a cozy double bed. Full kitchen with 2 stoves, sink and electrically pumped water supply. Water tanks on roof and rear door. 12v refrigerator and lots of storage space for food, plates, pans etc. 2 gal drinking water container with spout. 2 large drawers under bench/bed for clothing etc. 12v and USB auxiliary power outlets at front and rear. Auxiliary 12v battery charged from engine and rooftop solar panel. Waterproof laminate flooring and gorgeous wood cabinets. The Passenger seat swivels towards the side door, or the rear, which opens up the interior to feel like a living room. There's a detachable table and a fold up worktop table. On the roof is a Large roof rack. 5 gallon water tank and a 100watt solar panel. On the front is a bike rack - strong enough for an E-bike The modular design allows for the easy removal of the camping units to open the van for cargo space. Or returned to 8 seat passenger van. 1) bench seat/bed with drawers. 2) kitchen unit with stove, sink and water pump/tap 3) passenger side cupboards with drinking water container and food containers and plate rack etc. Built to high standards by a conscientious craftsman.
