Fully Furnished Homes - Sept - May only

I have several vacation rental type homes that are available for longer term lease in the off season = Sept into May Nothing is available for 12 month lease. Rents are all around $3000, but vary depending on the house, the lease term, etc. Some utilities included (wifi and water), others are billed to tenant based on use (elec and propane).
