Hello, available now is one private bedroom in a fully furnished townhome with all new 2023 renovations and appliances. I live here as well and there is a shared bathroom. You will have your own full size fridge/freezer and pantry area! You will have full access to a modern kitchen with all new appliances, dishes, you name it. The living room is very cozy, I went above and beyond dining the most comfortable furniture available. The pictures included in the ad are current, everything pictured will be here and you will have access to. A little bit about me: I am the owner of this townhome, 31 year old male. I am a signing agent for professional athletes and celebrities and work remotely from home often. I like to go out on the weekends with friends for everything mountains related. A little bit about you: You are a 21-40 year old male or female. You have verifiable income and clean a background check. I don’t care what you do for work or how you lead your personal life as long as we can keep it quiet during the weekday working hours. No pets (I will consider 1 dog only). Rent is $1000/month plus utilities. Security deposit required. The lease term will start as a month to month agreement until I am confident we can live together long term. Couples/partners are welcome to live here together for an additional negotiated rate.
