I have a nice bedroom available for rent in my three bedroom home located in Brooklyn Center on the bus line. The room available is 10 x 10, comes with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, good sized closet space, and is right next to the shared bathroom. Rent covers your room, streaming channels, internet, utilities, and all shared space which includes the living room with a large screen TV, bathroom, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a three season porch. This bedroom will be rented to only one person. Characteristics I'm looking for in the renter are: *Pays rent on time *Considerate of others *Respects the property and keeps their room clean *Cleans up after themselves *Chores are shared *No partiers or drug users *LGBTQ friendly *Lease options are month to month August rent will be $300 plus the deposit of $250. I'm a retired teacher, work part-time, easy to get along with and I have 3 cats. There is one other person renting the 2nd bedroom and she is easy to get along with, and works full-time.
