Furnished Room For Rent Available today

I have a huge room for rent in my house. The room is probably 14 X 18 feet with wood floors and 2 large closets. There is a large window for natural light and a lock on your door. The house has a washer/dryer and full kitchen for you to use. The room has a nice memory foam bed, flat screen smart TV, and a dresser in it as well. The rent is $775/month There is an additional $75 each month to cover utilities, wifi and cable TV. There is a $500 security deposit and a $35 background check as well. I have a couple of restrictions that need to be mentioned. No drugs, no marijuana, and no overnight guests. I do a criminal background check as well but not a credit check. There are no pets either. I am looking to fill the room with just one person please, so no couples. It is a simple month to month agreement.
