Get two bikes in one (Canyon size "M" gravel bike)

Throw on some road tires/wheels (as I do regularly) and it’s a great road bike. At 19lbs it is light and nimble, but built to handle gravel roads and trails. Why have two bikes when you just need one? This is the perfect all around bike. Canyon’s top of the line carbon fiber frame, gravel specific Shimano components (although they appear to be identical to Ultegra with the long rear derailleur cage and slightly smaller chain rings (48/31 vs 50/34-36), including electronic shifting. This bike has a brand new 4iiii single sided power meter (cost new $400). Canyon has transitioned the Grail into an e-bike (which this bike is being traded in for). The replacement is called the Grizl. This bike is an incredible value in like new condition.
