Hey guys we have a nice room open. This is a. really nice, big, new, clean, fresh smelling house. All roommates are male age 20-35ish cool guys mostly at work all the time. House is really big and nice and clean, with a great super chill backyard. Great location about 10 minute drive to the airport and 15 minute drive downtown. Room is around 11x11 I think. Its not tine, but its not really big. Has enough space for everything you need and nothing you don't. Nice neighborhood is South Austin. 5 Minutes to New Golds Gym, New HEB, Wal-Mart, etc...(Southpark Meadows which is the largest shopping center in Austin). Excellent spot for Airport Workers , Tesla , or Southpark Meadows Employees or even people that work downtown or anywhere in South Austin , Barton Creek Mall Area , Etc... If you move here you get to **Not have to worry about splitting up house Chores or a dirty house (WEEKLY Professional Cleaning included in rent) **Not have to worry about meeting people to split bills monthly (all included in monthly rent, paid by landlord) **Not have to worry about felonious roommates (Landlord Runs and Pays For Criminal History Checks) **Not have to worry about who takes care of lawn (lawn service 2x/month included in rent) **ALSO you have 2G Google Fiber House is in South Austin about 5 minutes from Southpark Meadows (the largest shopping center in Austin with Target, Wal-Mart, Movies, Restaurants etc..) BRAND NEW HEB!!! (Best HEB in Austin!) Real close to McKinney Falls state park and the Airport as well. 10 Miles to Downtown Austin (about 15 min drive downtown when there is no traffic) Easy to get anywhere South of the River...but if you’re going North it becomes a Crapshoot based off of Traffic that day etc..If you’ve been in Austin a while you know how traffic around here works. But anywhere South is fine. Short scoot to Radio Coffee, Twin Falls, Barton Creek Mall, Spokesman, all of the Shops on South Congress etc. Roommates are clean and respectful and expect the same. Having someone over on the weekend is fine, but no parties, loud music, drugs, pets etc...just a cool chill place to live and rest for everyone. Ideal tenant is tidy and doesn’t cook too much. In my opinion this is the best Value on Craigslist (not the Cheapest, but the best Value for what you get. This is a beautiful home). Landlord runs it more like a business. Maintenance taken care of ASAP and he runs eviction and criminal history checks so roomies are always cool. This is month to month but the average tenant stays around 3 years because they like the place. Its not a revolving door type place. Lease is 3 Months then goes month to month. Room is Ready for Immediate Move in on April 11th, if Ad is Up we still have the room. For all current and future tenants safety and fit we do run a Criminal Background check. No Prior evictions Required. No Smoking inside or Outside the house please. House is fully furnished and kitchen stocked with Utensils, room is unfurnished. This is a great house, new, big, nice, clean. $500 Deposit due at Move in.
