Greenpoint - Shared Music Rehearsal Studio (Nassau Ave G)

I have an opening at my spot in Greenpoint off the Nassau G (available immediately), 15 minute walk from the Bedford L. $150/month (plus $150 security) for 1 slot per week (up to 6 hours). Scheduling can be flexible with enough heads up. The room is about 9' x 20' and has been treated (double doors, thick walls and lots of padding), has AC, a PA (with music player), drum kit (with cymbals), a couch, internet and a computer. Amps are also available for use, and there is limited space available for gear. The building has security cameras, as well as an outdoor smoking space in the back. I've also set it up for multitrack recording (with my control room being upstairs), and we could work out times and rates for that if you'd like. It's a chill spot with a friendly vibe.
