Hampton Bay Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan

I recently completed a bathroom remodel and have an exhaust fan that I was unable to use available. This is very new. It is less than a year old and was only used for a very short time. It is a Hampton Bay 110 CFM ceiling bathroom exhaust fan. The metal box measures 10 1/4“ x 10 1/4“ and the exhaust fan vent adds another four and three-quarter inches on that side.
