Description:
Bought this at Lowe's new back in summer of 2018 to cool master suite in home while waiting for AC man to catch up and replace my main central AC compressor when it failed at the worst time. Used once for a few weeks, then stored in closet since. My 20x14 bedroom, 8x12 bathroom, and 8x3 closet stayed frosty (too cold for lady friend). It's about as much air conditioner as can run on regular 115V 10Amp circuit (ie, typical bedroom/living plugs). It evaporated off it's own moisture without intervention, and it's as easy to set up as slide window up, snap flexible duct to unit, adjustable 6" tall panel sits in window frame, and slide window back down to hold in place... plug it in, turn it on, set your temp. Can't seem to find remote, but I never used it anyway. 7500BTU DOE or 12000BTU ASHRAE New equivalent runs about $450-500 if you can find one in this heat wave.
