Hollywood Mansion for Private Events

This modern house in Hollywood is perfect for private events, and for film/photo shoots. We have a large front yard with a driveway for family gatherings. Our backyard has a raised patio, a 20x40ft swimming pool with a jacuzzi, four lounge spaces, and a charcoal grill. Inside the house we have the spacious living room with a pool table, and a full kitchen, great for food preparation or bar service. We do allow DJs and amplified sound inside and outside the house, as well as outside food and alcohol at no additional cost. Feel free to reach out to us about recommendations for food, beverage, and party supply vendors. In certain circumstances, we can arrange for you and a few of your guests to stay at the house overnight after your party. Centrally located in the Larchmont neighborhood, there's easy access to Hollywood, Thai Town, Downtown, Koreatown, Mid-City, Mid-Wilshire, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. There's plenty of free street parking for even the largest events. We look forward to helping make your next event special! Please note that we have a minimum rate of $2,000 for events on Sun-Fri, and $2,500 minimum for events on a Saturday. You will also need to provide security for public, ticketed events over 75 guests.
