House Share for UT Fall Semester

Fully furnished, quiet, and secure house for two is to be shared with a female. We'll both be on the go through school, work, and outside socializing for the most part to keep this home the retreat it's always been: tranquil, uncluttered, and low key. Much of the time each one of us can enjoy being home alone. Your half of the house includes two bedrooms on opposite sides of a living area with separate entrances (from mine) into both the kitchen and bath. $600 security deposit. Monthly bills: $75 includes utilities with internet. September through December fixed lease term with flexible beginning and end dates. Optional three-way share with two females coming in together. Possible extension for the spring semester. No pets and minimal storage only. Very light move in expected. Three miles to main campus. Multiple free park and ride options in the area, including for the Rapid 803 bus. A self introduction that includes how you prefer to live at home and maintain one shared bath and kitchen will be responded to.
