We are looking for lifestyle-friendly people who would like to lease a suite at Summit House. Specifically, the Blue, Silver, and Green suites are available. The Blue and Silver suites are on the third floor and share a balcony. The Green suite is on the main floor. Home fully furnished. Housemates would have full access to all household amenities except indoor parking. Amenities include covered hot tub, heated ventilated indoor smoke room, karaoke system, and laundry facilities. One indoor parking spot would be available for an extra $50/month fee. $800 monthly with first and last month’s rent at move in. Available Aug. 1st. Marijuana friendly. No pets.
