Huge basement In-law suite in log cabin house utilities included!

Please note this will be available September 1st. I will be spending the winters in Florida and as a result, I will be renting out the walk-out basement in our beautiful house designed like a log cabin. It is furnished with a full sized bed, a desk, and dressers and would need to stay that way as I will be returning each year in April or May. It has a closet, your own full bathroom and a kitchen (no stove) all to yourself. It is set-up as an in-law suite (except laundry is upstairs) in that you can come in through the sliding doors as your own separate entrance. You would have driveway parking or could rent a space in the garage for an extra $50 a month. Of course you would also have access to all common areas of the house including the large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and huge deck. There would be a total of 5 people in the house however the house is big and has a unique layout in that each bedroom is in a separate corner or area with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and another bedroom and open loft on the second floor complete with 30 foot ceilings. So there's plenty of space and everyone respects each other's privacy. We are nice, normal people who just want to provide someone with a nice place to stay and help share expenses. Therefore we ask that you are clean, sober, have reliable income and pay rent (which does include all utilities) on time. Open to month to month or short term situations up to 8 months (until April/May).
