Huge bedroom available in our apartment with a view of trees and sky in a large *very clean* apartment. The unit is really large (full floor 5 rooms, split entrance duplex unit), airy, and sunny all day with plenty of privacy for everyone. The rent *includes* heat, hot water, electricity, and broad-band internet + free use of washer and dryer. This is a third floor walk-up in a very nice, cute and well-kept brownstone. All rooms have awesome views of trees and blue sky (no nearby buildings facing the unit) The apartment is *modern* and clean with a modern bathroom super hot water and great water pressure. Kitchen is *beautiful* has exposed brick walls, dishwasher, built-in microwave, disposal even dimmable lighting. The room is large, *sunny*, quiet, high ceiling, it has recessed lighting, hardwood floors and exposed bricks with dimmable-lighting. Even a brand new rug for the winter! Building is very quiet... no loud music or parties in the building. Building is non-smoking. This rental is *month-to-month* however we do NOT do short-term and require minimum 3 months. We have a limited guest-policy since we don't want people who don't live here to use the kitchen or be around too much. OK to have someone over *once in a while*, but anything over that would not be OK. This is a nice environment for anyone who wants to come home and feel just great and cozy!!! Location is near groove hall shopping center (banks, shops, restaurants), franklin park (amazing) and tons of public transport including the commuter rail. NEARBY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There are tons of buses stopping right at the corner on Colombia road, and down the street as well towards Blue Hill Ave. Also there is a commuter rail stop 5 minutes walk from here "four corners/Geneva." Street parking so plenty and never an issue. ABOUT THE LOCATION: walking distance from Stop & Shop, World Market Basket, Bank of America, Dollar Stores, post office, Dunkin' Donuts, pharmacy and many other stores and restaurants + 10 minutes away from Franklin Park and 30 minute walk to South Bay center (5 minutes drive) where you have Target, Best Buy, Panera, and tons of other stores and restaurants. The walk to South Bay is along Columbia road great for a daily exercise. All in all just a perfect location within walking distance of great commercial spaces and amazing natural spots (Franklin Park is nothing short than spectacular). Franklin Park has immense green areas, trees and even trails and a golf club. For those who do not know this park it will be a great discovery. Also, the apartment is 5 minutes walk away from the Four Corners/Geneva T stop of the commuter rail.
