Immediate Opening - Social Media Manager - Fun Atmosphere

We are looking for an upbeat and driven Social Media Manager to monitor and manage social media accounts and interact with our small business customers on a consultative basis located in Lisle, IL. This position is in-house only. We do not outsource. Primary responsibilities: - Create and manage weekly social posts. - Consult with our small business customers on social media best practices. - Assist in setting up and/or optimizing company pages within each platform. - Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns for EZlocal. - Monitor trends in social media. - Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. - Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing social engagement. Requirements: - Excellent communication, consulting, writing, and editing (photo and text) skills. - Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. - Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi tasking ability. - Experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations is a big plus. - 1-3 years experience in social media marketing or related experience is a plus.
