Inside the main house, one bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioner; the second bedroom has a queen bed and also a futon couch that converts to a full-size bed, plus new swamp cooler. The futon couch pulls out to a full bed, and can sleep one adult or two kids. Wall unit for heating. There’s also a portable tower heater. Both bedrooms have a view of the Bartlett Mountains, plus, the backyard’s sprawling 400-year-old Tamarisk Tree. The full-size, sparkling clean kitchen comes with refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave and 4-slice toaster and is fully stocked for food prep, including spices, condiments, dishes, glassware, utensils, Calphalon pots/pans—even bakeware, plus single-serve pancake and waffle maker. A water dispenser, offers iced-cold or instant hot reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water. Put a record on the turntable with bluetooth speakers and hang with friends while making dinner. Pour yourself some aromatic Arabic coffee (with ginger and cardamom) and kick back bedside. The dining nook features a sun-drenched cozy corner double-bench seating around a marble tulip table with two rattan chairs. The flagstone terrace, accessible through the dining room French doors, includes a patio sofa and two chairs (seats 5), Adirondack chairs (seats 2), picnic table, plus charcoal BBQ and stone fire pit. Enjoy a glass of wine while you take in the spectacular sunsets and dark skies, play a friendly game of horseshoes or corn hole or let the kids roast marshmallows under the stars.
