BasementRemodeling.com a residential remodeling construction company is looking for a candidate to fill our Kitchen and Bath/Interior designer position. Position: Kitchen and Bath/Interior designer (Basement Finishing and Remodeling) Location: Hyattsville, Maryland Travel: Required to visit job sites twice a week Start: IMMEDIATELY The essential role: Support our team by assisting clients with finishes selection for their remodeling projects (paint colors, flooring, specialty finish, tile), prepare floorplans, design kitchens and bathrooms. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. You must not be afraid of complex tasks, training and helping others. You will be involved with smaller and mid-size residential remodeling projects (40,000-300,000) which requires a wide verity of knowledge in Kitchen and Bath design and overall knowledge of construction.
