Looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in a 3 bedroom Mercer Island apartment. Washer/Dryer in unit, private room, shared bathroom. Other than the bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished, and there is a free gym in the apartment complex. Street parking is free and plentiful. Looking for someone to take over the lease anytime in September. This is a non smoking house. One of my roommates has a dog, a small very sweet terrier, so preferably no pets and must get along with dogs. Must be able to show proof of income to the apartment management. Proof of Income: -If you have regular employment: last 2 pay stubs -If you’re Self-employed: last 6 months of bank statements showing deposits -If you’re newly employed: offer letter from the employer stating pay. First, last and $500 deposit to move in (last and deposit can be broken down to 3 pmts if necessary). Shared utilities tend to average out to around $100/month. These include wifi/water/electricity. Lease is renewed in March. If you're new to the Seattle area, Mercer Island is a great, quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to both Bellevue and Seattle. This area is super safe, and quite easy to get to from the freeway.
