Lake Tahoe Winter Ski Lease SHARE

**Not a full-time residence | Adults ONLY - no exceptions | No PETS at max capacity - sorry** We are in search of a couple more ski lease roommates for the upcoming 2023/24 ski season! We are all IKON pass holders, ages mid 30's-40's. Our house is an awesome 3 bedroom / 2 bath house w/a double living room, pool table, hot tub w/ lake views on West Shore across from Hurricane Bay. This is a typical ski lease meaning bedrooms are shared and are on a first come/first serve basis. Ski lease is from 12/2/2023 - 4/30/2024 (Ski lease is unavailable for use from 1/26/24-2/2/24) Share is $2800 pp for the season with a $500 security deposit PLUS utilities. We are a laid back house that enjoys a solid apres, loves to ski together, and family dinners are our jam. Pictures upon request once you've responded to the below.
