Lake Tippecanoe

Hi, I am taking reservations for our "TIPPY LaKe HOUSE" vacation rental. Lake Tippecanoe is Indiana's deepest natural lake. It's also a full sports lake. You can Boat, Ski, Board, Surf, Tube, Kayak, Canoe, or just float. Lake Tippy is also a nice lake for fishing. There are several tournaments each year. The rental is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in an upstairs cottage. Sleeps up to 4 adults (or up to 6 if counting small kids). You can enjoy bonfires on either your secluded lot or by the lakeside. The rental is a short walk across the street from our lake home. You'll have full pier and lake access 24/7 during your stay. Pier space provided for your boat or you can rent one from a local marina. Note: We also rent our 50 hp Bennington pontoon for an additional fee. Several kayaks and a canoe are first come, first serve and are free to use. A couple of bikes are also available if requested at the time of booking. The oversized pier is great for fishing, sun bathing or just enjoying the lake. Just a few other fun things to do while at our "TIPPY LaKe HOUSE" include: Visiting the Tippy Creek Winery and/or the HopLore Brewing Co.. Going on a bike ride on county roads or on nearby trails. There's even a MBT trail in Warsaw. And of course, you can go out to several nearby bars and restaurants. You can bring your own game systems to hook up to the big screen TV. Sorry, there is no WIFI at the lake. I still have rental dates available. The fees at the time of this posting are: July 11th to July 15th - $600 July 15th to July 22nd - $875 July 22nd to July 27th - $725 July 30th to Aug 5th - $775 Aug 5th to Aug 10th - $725 Aug 13th to Aug 19th - $775 Aug 19th to Aug 25th - $775 Aug 27th to Sept 2 - $775 9/2 to 9/9 - $1200 for the week of Labor Day or a 4 night minimum at $255 per night For the rest of September, the weekly rate is $800 or a 4 night minimum at $160 per night If you are interested in renting for a shorter stay than what is posted above, please contact me with your dates for an adjusted fee. A cleaning fee of $125 is added regardless of the number of nights. Please Note: There are no additional fees charged. Just the rent fee plus the $125 cleaning fee. A refundable damage deposit is required which will also secure your dates. Payment in full is required 10 days before your arrival.
