Move-in date TBD for end of year - January. Large Room for Rent in a furnished Imperial Beach home! Located 1-mile from the beach/estuary in a quiet family neighborhood. This large and spacious room has a walk-in closet and tons of natural light (the room itself is unfurnished.) Large backyard with patio set & fire pit, living room with TV and full kitchen with appliances, dishes, etc. There is a dog at the property, and unfortunately we are not accepting any more fur babies at this time. We are in our late 20s-30s looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean and able to pay rent on time! Utilities split amongst the roommates. First month's rent & security deposit due upon move-in.
