I am looking for someone that is a carpenter and works in the remodeling business that would like to trade materials and labor for a year rent bills paid! I have a large shed that the walls were raised 4’ and 3’ needs rafters leveled out roofing siding, flooring, insulation, sheetrock, tile paint etc.1 inside wall will need to be built between the bathroom and kitchen. I have done most of the plumbing with pex amd drain pipe and is connected to the main sewer and water line already.
