Job description Live Monitoring / Observation Specialist We are a fast pace growing active crime deterrence company specializing in camera installations and live monitoring of the cameras. Our growth is rapid and substantial, we are looking for high quality trusted talent to help monitor LIVE the cameras we installed and clients are paying for at commercial, residential, and industrial properties. All shifts, 1st 2nd 3rd are being hired for. The Company: DEETUR, www.deetur.com Established in 2021 Proprietary technology & mobile application Presence within multiple cities across the Southwest in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ. We believe in safety and crime prevention. Our technology is incredibly effective and validated, we need those who we can trust to observe situations that need to be reported to our proprietary software and at times, the local police. The Position: We’re looking for Observation Specialists. The pay range we’re offering is $17 - $19 [based on experience]. We offer: Above industry starting pay Full time positions Performance bonuses Career development and advancement Work independently Requirements: Successful background check 1 years + Experience working in security, law enforcement, military, loss prevention or of similar relation Ability to work overnight hours: 9pm - 5am appx, including weekdays, weekends and holidays Basic technology understanding and smartphone skills Customer service skills - highly preferred Flexibility to adjust and pick up different shifts when needed Responsibilities: -Observe multiple camera views with AI doing most of the heavy lifting for notice -Work at our command center so you will need a reliable means of transportation. The command center is where we have 100s of camera feed which a % have the LIVE monitoring aspect. -You will observe and report within our proprietary software per property, per camera, if there is an event. -Communicate through the microphone to the vagrants to cure the issue/leave property -Maintaining a strict, bottom line, brief, but friendly voice and language - Customer service skills and de-escalation techniques are required!
