Looking for responsible, friendly Roommate(female preferred, LGBTQ+friendly) ASAP! Renting out our second and third bedroom. One with shared bathroom. We are located 5 minutes from Factoria Mall and 10 minutes from Downtown Bellevue. Rent is $650 per month plus water (flat rate of $60), electricity, and internet. No Smoking/No Pets.
