Looking for a CLEAN roommate or Rent the entire 2bed 2bath ($2,700)

Hi Everyone, Thanks for checking my post.. I am seeking a CLEAN, INTELLIGENT, RESPONSIBLE, HONEST, and Respectful Roommate or rent the entire place. Currently, I live nearby (Logan Square) and won't be there very much in the apartment. So basically the entire place to yourself most of the days. I would like to rent either the entire apartment 2/bed/2bath or 1 bedroom (roommate) - to rent 1 bed/1bath TOP FLOOR will be $1,700 per month ($1,500 Security Deposit). If you want to Rent both bedrooms it will be $2,700 RENT is per month (ALL utilities included) with $2,000 security deposit. All utilities (Internet, heat, AC, Electric, etc.), is included in the rent. You have your own Shower/Bathroom and Private Bedroom (split floor plan) Parking is an additional $200. It's very small place but you have your own bathroom and bedroom with 3 small closets. If you just want to rent one bedroom it will be $1,700 (roommate).. I may come maybe for few days a week, but the bedrooms are separate from each other (Split floor plan)! Please contact me if you are interested. Bus stop to downtown and brown/purple EL line nearby. Red line about 3blocks. *Jewel Osco grocery store, Starbucks, *Target is about a block away Small Fitness Room and Bike Rack Available downstairs Roommate - MATCH - CLEAN, Respectful, honest, easy going person. I don't care if you are F or M but NO smoking, small pets ok! NO crazy house parties either!! . $1,700 per month (ALL utilities included) for perfect roommate. - 1yr lease and $1,500 security deposit refundable- please don't break my stuff 2nd Bedroom is empty.
