Looking for a female or a couple to share our 2 BR / 1 BA Apartment

I'm 42 and work full-time; she's 45 and stays at home mostly. We're easy-going and 420 friendly. We have one cat, no kids and rarely have guests. The bathroom is shared and well lit. The apartment is about 1,000 square feet and has central AC/heat as well as all appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There’s also a laundry room at the apartments if you ever need to do a lot of loads at once. All bills are included and WiFi. We can add cable TV if need be. We have Ring security and there’s backup internet. This is a gated community and you must register to park. Carport parking available for $50/month and there are visitor spaces for guests up to 7 consecutive nights. At first you have to use the visitor spots until your vehicle is registered assuming you have one. This 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment is located on the 1st floor. It's a short trip to the Eastchase Shopping Center / Target / Wal-mart area. The commute to downtown Fort Worth is just 10 miles, and to Dallas it's 22 miles. Rent is $900 per month to a female or $1000 per month to a couple. This includes all the bills! There is a security deposit of $500 due at time of move-in and it is 100% refundable as long as the room is in good shape. Please excuse the terrible blinds, we’re having them replaced very soon. If the bicycle hanging from the ceiling is an eyesore I can relocate it. The moped is probably going to stay right where it is though! The carpet in your new room has just been cleaned.
