***Looking for housemates in central Detroit house***

I’m a vegetarian, eco-conscious boomer (young for my age :-)) looking for a housemate of like-minded responsible, considerate housemates with integrity who want to contribute some to a shared household vs just renting a room and never interacting, who love cats, and who always have the rent money. Month-to-month rentals to start, until we know if it’s a good fit. I do stray cat rescue so to keep the peace, can't have any more pets. Sorry. The house is a nice old four-bedroom colonial that’s almost done being renovated. It's near Woodward in north central Detroit, about one mile north of New Center, convenient to the freeways in a fairly safe neighborhood I currently run an Airbnb there and want to transition to having full-time housemates this fall. So, there will be no more Airbnb. I want to be free to travel in this coming election year for my democratic political work and other fun adventures. The rooms are nicely furnished, and I would prefer to keep it that way. (At least until we know it's a good long-term fit.) There is a bit of storage. You’d have full use of the house. The rent is pretty dang reasonable (the three rooms range between $600-$800 a month) and includes all utilities including internet, laundry room, and a nice enclosed backyard. The smaller room has a twin bed, desk, and a nice little balcony overlooking the back yard ($600). The larger furnished room comes with an office and has a queen-size bed ($850). The mid-size room with a double bed will be available by October ($700). 1st and last month rent will be required as well as a security deposit, and some previous references from landlord and/or previous housemates.
